Beyonces Lemonade Diet Recipe You Can Make At Home

re you aware of Beyonce Knowles’ Lemonade Diet that allowed her to lose 20 pounds in 10 days for her role in "Dream Girls"?

The official name is The Master Cleanse which was first developed by Stanley Burroughs (it is suggested that you read his book, THE MASTER CLEANSER, published originally in 1976, before starting the diet for important information).

This "diet" has been around for 50 years and is meant to improve one’s health, as well as to lose weight, by purging toxins from the body. However, check with your doctor first because it can aggravate certain health problems.

Would you like to be able to make up this "Lemonade Diet" right in your own home?

The recipe is: Combine in a jar 2 tablespoons of organic lemon juice (a good source of Vitamins C and potassium), 2 tablespoons of Grade B organic maple syrup (which has more minerals, but Burroughs says any grade will work) and 1/10th tablespoon cayenne pepper (preferably powdered). Add 8 ounces pure filtered water and shake. Drink 6 to 12 glasses a day.

That is your entire diet for 10 to as many as 40 days!! Even the Bible recommends fasting, and you will soon have more energy, feel rejuvenated, and even think more clearly!

When you are ready to go off the diet, you must follow Stanley Burroughs’ instructions to slowly return to normal eating. And you cannot expect to maintain the entire amount of weight lost, but with a continuing healthy diet and exercise, you can keep a major part of it off.
