A one day supply of lemonade should be made in the morning and consumed the same day. A good recipe for one day is: 60 ounces of filtered water, 12 tablespoons of organic grade B maple syrup, 12 tablespoons of organic lemon juice and ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper. 60 ounces of a salt water flush should also be prepared using sea salt or Epsom Salt and that should be consumed in the morning or in the evening. A natural herbal laxative tea can be substituted for the salt water flush.
