Internal cleansing is a process and you may not notice immediate effects. Internal cleansing is a long term process. You may not notice improvements or effects of the internal cleansing diet right away. Just because there is not immediate visible results does not mean that the healing process is not taking place internally. For some results come about gradually such as overall improved energy, better looking skin, delayed effects of ageing or just feeling better overall.
To start internal cleansing we must eat healing foods. Healing foods are natural foods that do not contain toxins and are easy to digest. Raw fresh natural foods such as leafy greens, fresh fruits and natural juices are naturally beneficial to the body. There are some natural cleansing diets that are primarily made up of raw fruits and vegetables and natural juices. Not only are these foods beneficial to the body but they naturally cleanse the system and act as an aid to specifically methods of cleansing diets. Other healing foods include oils such as fish, salmon and flax seed, water, sea salts, green tea and yeast flakes. It makes sense to pay as much attention to cleansing the inside of your body as well as the outside. Changing the foods you eat is a natural way to aid the body in the natural cleansing process.
Internal cleansing diets are not just limited to the colon. There is a great deal of information available on colon cleanses which is a good place to start when considering cleansing diets. Internal cleansing should start with the colon because if the colon is not clean it has the potential to contaminate every other part of the body. Internal cleansing diets are also designed to detoxify other parts of the body such as liver and kidneys, which are often times the less obvious areas targeted for cleansing. The cleansing of all internal areas can promote better health, well being and even weight loss if done safely and correctly.
