
You have successfully completed your two week cleanse and the question on you mind is now what? First congratulations, second ease yourself into eating regular food for three days, and third take advantage of the new you. Here are some steps to help you get on track and stay on track.
First celebrate your accomplishment. You just completed a semi difficult cleanse in which the only thing you had to eat for two weeks was a peppered lemonade drink. Celebrate the weight loss and the way you feel.
Next make sure you ease yourself back into eating solid food. Your digestive tract is not used to the amount of digestion it will need to do and if you starting eating solid food to quickly you may experience stomach pains or other minor side effects. Simply follow these directions for the first three days after the master cleanse.
Day one: Drink other juices besides your now favorite peppered lemonade drink.
Day two: Start adding fruits and vegetables to your food intake. The fiber in these solid foods will help get your digestion on track. Also mix in juices with the solid food to help with cycling the food through your body.
Day three: You can now begin eating solid foods and the juices are not necessary anymore. But remember to take it easy, besides the digestion factor your stomach has most likely shrunk and you won’t be able to eat the large meals you once did.
Finally, take advantage of the new you. You have successfully detoxified your body, eliminated excess waste in your digestive tract, lost some pounds and inches, have renewed energy, and basically a new lease on life. Don’t fall back into bad eating habits otherwise you will be right where you started and the last two weeks would have been pointless. Make sure you take advantage of the renewed energy and get into an exercise routine to help tighten up your new body and continue living healthy. You can also use this as an excuse to go shopping.
These are great ways to help you get back on track now that the master cleanse is over. Make sure that you followed through on all your motivational promises and enjoy your life you deserve it. But don’t forget the master cleanse. You can always use this as a tool to keep you regular and do this cleanse once or twice a year.
