Internal Cleansing Systems
Learn the key differences in the various Internal Cleansing Systems
The enema was one of the first internal cleansing systems. Anyone who was born before 1960 probably had an enema experience at one time or another. Constipation has been a problem that continues to disrupt daily life, but now there are new internal cleansing systems available which will not only clean the colon; they will cleanse the liver and the kidneys, so all vital body organs can function normally. The chemicals and toxins we consume daily gradually build up in the liver, kidneys, gallbladder and colon. The body?s metabolism slows down, the immune system weakens and illness and disease begin to develop and then manifest, creating a series of health problems. Internal cleansing systems were developed to restore health and well being.
Natural Internal Cleansing Systems
The new internal cleansing systems are actually kits that include different herbs that cleanse the body. Colon cleansing is a process that takes several weeks before the results are complete. There are several types of internal cleansing systems on the market. Some of the herbs that are found in internal cleansing systems are Yellow Dock, Psyllium, Burdock, Cloves and Cascara Sagrada. Native Americans used Cascara Sagrada, which is the bark of the buckthorn tree as a method to cleanse the colon hundreds of years ago.
One of the most prominent ingredients used in internal cleansing systems is Psyllium Husk, which contains the fiber that cleanses the colon. Other ingredients used in homeopathic cleansing systems are Wild Yam Root, Flax Seed, Ginger Root, Anise Fruit, Oat Bran, Stevia Leaf and Guar Gum.
Common Ingredients in Natural Internal Cleansing Systems
Different internal cleansing systems contain a variety of herbs and plants that are found in nature. Some internal cleansing systems focus on removing parasites like flukes, springtails, round worms and protozoa. The ingredients in these internal cleansing systems usually are a blend of Clove Seed, Turkish Rhubarb, Black Walnut Leaves, Mylittae, Peppermint Leaves and Catechu Seed. There are endless powders, herbal teas, laxatives and other ingredients use to cleanse the body, but there are some people in the medical profession that claim that most of these internal cleansing systems are unnecessary and not effective.
What Doctors Say About Internal Cleansing Systems
Some doctors claim that the body is perfectly capable of eliminating toxins in an efficient manner. They claim that the cells in the gastrointestinal tract reproduce every three days, so there is no food rotting in the colon. When the liver is functioning properly it neutralizes toxins and the mucous membrane lining the intestinal wall blocks free radicals from entering other organs. These medical professional believe that the concept of internal cleansing has been exploited by the supplement industry in order to make money.
The doctors may have a point. There are some internal cleansing products that claim they help in weight loss and claim they clean every organ in the body, along with the bloodstream. Some of the ingredients in these cleansing products are not known for weight loss or for cleansing anything and that?s why it?s important to do research before any internal cleansing system is purchased. There are some good cleansing systems that will help the body function more efficiently, but it does take some research to find them.
