Lemonade recipe:

  1. 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup. Pure maple syrup, recommended darker Grade B.
  2. 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice. Squeezed, not bottled juice. Limes can be substituted, but make sure they are not treated with chemicals.
  3. Water. 10-ounce glass of warm water is recommended, but cold water may be used.
  4. 1/10 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper. Recommended Cayenne chili pepper. Use a lesser amount if you need to get use to the pepper.

The maple syrup and lemons are used because they are readily available and provide a good source of minerals and vitamins. The lemons are also used for cleansing and considered a healing food.
